A pearly white smile could be seen through the darkness. Rythian blinked a couple times, making his eyes shine a bright purple. he loked around, scanning the area. Nothing. A pair of blue eyes shot open.
“Rythian, what are you doing up?” Xephos sat up still drowsy.
“Nothing ..” Rythian laid back down, and drifted back to sleep. Xephos laid back down and fell back asleep
~~~~~~~The Next morning~~~~~~~~~
Rythian woke up early the next morning, slightly blinded by a bright light.
“Hissss get out the light! How can you stand this?!” Rythian pulled his mask up.
“It’s called being human” He looked around the room. Everyone was still in bed, except one empty one..
“ Zoey? Are you up?” He called down the ladder of the Jaffa Factory. There was no response.
“Zoey?” He went down stairs only to find no one there. He quickly ran outside.He called for her and waited for a response that never came

He ran as fast as he could, stumbling over logs and brush. The bridge came into sight. The bright that would take him home, to safety. He rounded the corner. He soon broke into sobs as he stared at the broken bridge,revealing the gorge below. An arrow flew past knocking his diamond helmet into the abyss below. A figure in the fog began to appear. His sword was made of bedrock and the handle of diamond. He stood up, looking around. He was cornered. The figure’s white glowing eyes shined through the fog as he came closer.
“P-p-p-please” He said between sobs. A pearly white grin spread across the man’s face. A skeleton came behind him and shot an arrow. It flew past him and hit the man on the bridge, pinning his arm into the wood. He began to cry. Sips’ palms began to sweat as he gripped his sword tighter
“Hurry up I’m getting impatient...” Lalna made a small cut across Sjin’s throat. Sjin closed his eyes and began to whimper.
“Sjin, I-I’m not letting this joker get away...” Livid smiled.
“Great my first lab rat, goodbye...for now..” He released Sjin and disappeared out the front door. Sips rushed over to sjin , throwing his sword down.
“You OK buddy?” Sjin was holding his neck.
“you...YOU WOULD HAVE KILLED ME?!”
“I knew he was bluffing, look he even ran off” Sjin growled before going off. Livid grinned from on top of the building.
“Time for a new base..”He jumped down, using his lab coat to glide down. He walked off, trying to find a place to start building a place that was difficult to find and reach. He walked for hours until it was almost dusk when he found it. 7 miles Northeast of the Jaf

“How old are you child?” His eyes flashed red. Daniel grabbed Brandon’s foot, tripping him then pinned his arm behind his back.
“What did you do to Mae?” Brandon gasped.
“Strong, aren’t you?” Brandon reversed their roles and flashed his eyes again.
“How old are you?”
“ Thirteen ....” Daniel sturggled against Brandon’s control.
“Good... “ Brandon pulled him up by the arm and sunk his teeth into his neck in one fluid move
“I’m sorry, child.” Daniel fell to the ground and began gasping for air. He held his hand over his neck, stopping the blood from seeping out. Vitoria began laughing.
“Yesssss!” Daniel glanced at her, before looking over to the unconscious Mae, and passing out. Brandon glared at Victoria.
"Why so happy?"
"Because you fool! What you don't realize...." Victoria was cracking up.

that at times, he feared she wouldn’t make it.
But on nights like these, even when it threatened to consume her,
he became convinced that somehow she would.
