“Look Simon I know you love Jaffas but I can’t risk this and when the time comes I will do what it takes to keep Lomadia with me!” I yelled at Honeydew.
“You would destroy our Jaffa factory that we built from the ground up for Lomadia?” He stared at me with huge eyes.
“Yes I would protect her at any cost!” Honeydew growled then turned towards the middle.
I looked over at my new partner, Sips. I tried to remember what the arena looked like when we got to preview it.
"Meet me at the big tree!" I pointed to a tree behind me and Sips.
I ran and looked at the other players reach the chests before me. I could hear someone running behind me. I quickly turned, throwing my elbow into Nilesy’s nose. He collapsed onto the ground and I continued until I reached an untouched chest. A pulled out a sword and some meat and ran towards the over sized tree. I sat up in the branches and waited. I looked out into the distance.
Livid the insane scientist
“It’s been a while Lalna..miss me?” Livid paced around Lalna, the wires from his back settled down..
“Y-you you d-did t-this!” Lalna started to back away. Rythian stopped and peered down into the crater.
“Yeah and?” Livid sat down on top of a rock.
“Y-you killed her!” Lalna lurched at Livid. Livid smiled and sidestepped making Lalna fall face first into the rock and pass out. Rythian started to fly back when something stopped him.
“You miss me two ender mage?” Rythian flew faster back towards the others, when suddenly a figure appeared in front of him. Livid hovered in front of him, his arms crossed with a twisted smile on his face. Rythian reeled back, he flailed his arms as he tried to stop.Livid sent a wire out. It wrapped around Rythian’s arm. Rythian pulled back and tried to fly the other way.
“You know Rythian I’m surprised you've even lived this long the explosion should have killed that frail she
I looked over at my partner Minty looked back at me her usually cheerful eyes were replaced by anger and hatred. I looked over at Martyn who was only a couple people away from me.
“Martyn I don’t think this is a good idea!” I yelled to him but he ignored me and faced the middle just like everyone else as if they were in a trance.
“We never signed up for this ..we were forced”
I looked over at Minty.
“We never wanted this madness..”
Minty bolted off grabbing a sword then going after Ridgedog. I stood there and watched as Martyn nearly killed Sips and Sjin. Is this really what the Survival Games turned us into? I started to walk off to find somewhere to hide, when an arrow came from nowhere shooting right past my face. I turned and saw Lomadia put away her bow and take out two daggers. She charged straight towards me, smiling grimly. I instantly ran into the woods panting and tripping over almost everything. I ran until I r
The BeginningHe told them, of course. He told those idiots everything, the whole damn story, including the blunder he'd made, and its consequences. Looking back on it later, he realized he had probably been in shock the whole time. It made sense, anyone would have been.
Soph was about twenty years old, and he'd been that way for a couple of years already, ever since the Hoarde had started attacking humanity from the past. Every day that passed, they ate at another day in the past. It sickened him. Those creatures had absolutely no regard for proper time and causality protocols.
It didn't seem to affect anyone else that way, though.
The Hoarde was the result of a human creation, of course, like everything bad in the world, though no one else knew about them. Then again, no one else had undiluted access to the power of creation. Even he didn't know much about the Hoarde, only that they appeared through some tear in The Fabric of The World and started killing people off. They appeared at some point in
